At BDKUSA we understand that there are times when you need to return your merchandise due to: slow item velocity, space, wrong ordering, shipping or ordering error. In order to ensure your business is a success we offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee for qualified purchases.

To ensure that your returns and/or refund are processed properly, please follow the guidelines below:
RMA number and original invoice and packing list must be included
Product must be in good sellable undamaged condition and must not be altered
Product must not have a shelf life, e.g: motor oil, wax, etc
Return reason code must be properly communicated to BDKUSA customer service. Possible return codes are: “Defective”, “Carrier Error”, “Seller Error”, “Variation Change”

Returns are as easy as 1-2-3:
STEP 1. Prepackage the item properly.
STEP 2. Call our customer toll free service line at: 1-888-980-8146
STEP 3. Ensure that returns qualify for 30 Day money back guarantee, ship the merchandise back to us.

Qualified Returns

Products and packaging must be in sellable undamaged condition
Include RMA number and original invoice
If it is determined that the product was returned due to buyer’s fault, buyer will be responsible for the return shipment and any other cost that may be incurred. A 15% restocking fee will also be applied

Shortages

Claims for shortages require a copy of the delivery receipt (DR) from the trucking company, which must be signed by the driver.

Requirements for a Full Refund

Items must be in new condition.
Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories

Disclaimer

Due to the nature of the packaging, there are some packaging or products that cannot be returned. Example of non-returnable goods are: closeout products, discontinued products, Grade B products. BDKUSA reserves the right to reject shipments or returns that are deemed as improper or non-sellable. We are not responsible for wrong orderings, address changes and any other changes that are not properly communicated and these returns will not qualify for our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee policy.
