OPENING AN ACCOUNT ONLINE

Q: Do I need a business license to purchase an item?

A: Yes, this website is for customers who has a business license and is reselling merchandise. Please upload a copy of your reseller permit in the registration form, or fax it to (323) 585-7887.

Q: I already have an account with BDK, do I have to fax my Reseller again?

A: No, you don’t need to provide your Reseller Permit again. After you create your online account, please contact us (323) 585-4949 to activate your login credentials.

Q: I just created my account, Why I cannot see prices and inventory?

A: We need to verify that your business information is correct and you are legit re-seller. Once approved, we will activate your online account and send you a confirmation.

HOW TO ORDER ONLINE

Q: What forms of payment are accepted?

A: We accept credit cards MasterCard and Visa. We don’t keep your credit card information online.

Q: Can I place the order and pay later by phone?

A: You can place the order online and pay later by phone. Please contact us at (323) 585-4949 to arrange you Credit Card On File payment option.

Q: Can I pick up the goods on your location?

A: If you are close to our wholesale locations in Los Angeles or New Jersey, you can place the order, pay online or pay when you pickup the merchandise.

A: You may request a new password through the “Request New Password” page.
